My name is Mel and I am your Skin Specialist. Before I became a fully qualified Skin Specialist, I always had an interest in beauty and skin health. My interest increased in skin when I suffered with acne and acne scarring in 2017. I’ve had countless visits to my GP, been referred to a dermatologist and had many facial treatments too. I’m pretty sure, when we all have bad skin, the first thing we do is use google search, watch videos on YouTube, TikTok and instagram to see what other people are using and start copying their skincare routine and even going ahead to purchase the same products. Don’t do it! It never works. Seeing my skin getting worse started affecting my self-esteem, mental health and confidence. I took measures into studying my skin and managed to control my breakouts, which changed my life. By the end of my journey, I realised I found the gap in the beauty industry and that was to work inside out. Now I can proudly say, I have helped hundreds of people to change their lives, and I cannot wait to help thousands of more people.

Since qualifying as a Skin Specialist, I've been fortunate to have my work recognised on the international stage. I've won awards in both Germany and Turkey for my results, alongside two prestigious titles here in London, presented by Dr. Schrammek and Circadia, two of the most respected names in professional skincare. These recognitions mean the world to me, but what matters most is still the same thing that got me here in the first place: helping clients feel confident in their own skin, the way I once struggled to.
